11/06/2008 : THAT'S ALL FOLK est un groupe d'Hendaye né en 2005 de la rencontre de trois guitaristes. On portait chacun une expérience musicale différente, allant de la pop au folk en passant par la musique latino américaine, mais c'est autour d'un répertoire pop-folk seventies acoustique que nous-nous sommes retrouvés : trois guitares et trois voix, parfois un banjo ou un violon, pour faire revivre d'une manière simple et épurée des morceaux, connus ou non, de Crosby Stills and Nash, Neil Young, les Doobie Brothers, Bob Dylan, Eric , Dires Straits, The Band et plein d'autres encore, sans oublier un petit détour vers le Bayou Cajun et le bluegrass...

22/05/2008 : Sofia Essaidi La reine Cleopatre monte sur le trone Sofia Essaidi, demie finaliste fille perdante de Star academy 3, va faire son grand retour l'an prochain en devenant la prochaine héroine de la comédie musicale de Kamel Ouali "Cleopatre", où elle interpretera le role de la reine d'Egypte Cleopatre depuis son début de règne à la mort de son père jusqu'à sa mort. Les musiques seront signées pour l'essentiel par le duo Lionel Florence et Patrick Guirrao. Pascal Obispo et David Guetta seront également de l'aventure à travers une chanson chacun. Le rôle de César a été confié à Christopher Stills, fils de Véronique Sanson et Stephen Stills, du groupe Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young. Ptolémée sera joué par Mehdi Kerkouch, danseur de la troupe de Kamel Ouali, ancienne doublure de Christophe Maé dans "Le Roi-Soleil". Florian, un jeune artiste issu de la scène rock belge, sera Marc-Antoine. Dominique Magloire, vue dans la comédie musicale "Autant en emporte le vent", sera la grande prêtresse. Enfin, Amélie, 16 ans, une inconnue qui vient de réussir son bac malgré les auditions, fera partie du casting. "Cette fille est un OVNI. Elle chante comme Christina Aguilera et a autant de folie que Christophe Maé", déclare Kamel Ouali, visiblement ravi de ce casting, qui s'est bouclé début juillet. Le spectacle ne démarrera pas en septembre comme prévu mais le 29 Janvier 2009. Actuellement en promotion pour son single "Femme d'aujourd'hui" actuellement dans les bacs, son album suivra en juin réalisé par Christopher Stills, le fils de Véronique Sanson qui interpretera également César sur scene. Généreuse comme une reine, elle nous gratifie d'une prestation sublime de "Avec le temps" de Léo Ferré au TNT Show sur Direct8 que je vous laisse découvrir:
