27/07/2007 : Cold War Kids est un groupe de rock indépendant américain originaire de Fullerton en Californie. Ils ont réalisés trois maxis chez Monarchy Music, et ils sont apparus dans les festivals de musique SXSW et Lollapalooza en 2006, ainsi qu'aux transmusicales de Rennes. Cette même année, ils ont signé chez Downtown Records et ils sortent leur premier album 'Robbers and Cowards'. Ils assurent en février 2007 la première partie des concerts des Clap Your Hands Say Yeah en Europe.
