Sista Pat en Featuring, bien évidemment ;)... J'ai rejoué plus ou moins le légendaire chorus de Piano de Don, après tout, impossible de faire mieux ! 01/01/2009 : The Eighties Ladies comprised of: Sylvia Striplin Susan Beaubian Marva D. Hicks Vivian D. Prince and Denie Corbett The Eighties Ladies were a group instigated by Roy Ayers. The Eighties Ladies featured the lead vocals of Sylvia Striplin on their one album for Roy's Uno Melodic label. 'Ladies Of The Eighties' (1980), including the rare groove dancer, 'Turned On To You'. On the album, Roy Ayers produced and wrote all bar one of the eight tracks on show. Sylvia Striplin and Marva Hicks too up solo careers after this release, Sylvia releasing 'Give Me Your Love' and Marva releasing a solo album in 1991. I suggest you to buy Roy Ayers Essential Productions Compil' Collector!!!
PUB CONCERT magic-funk septembre 2009 reservations et infos
23/12/2008 : Ce concert se déroulera dans un lieu classe et chic, seulement 200 personnes pourront assister à ce concert avec sur scène les artistes Funk Français les plus talentueux d'aujourd'hui: AMEEGA, MAGOO, PRINCE SLIM, MAN MAN et DJ BRAkOS un concert qui j'espère ravivera la flamme du funk, concert parallele à la compile de funkysize records "La magie est de retour". La soirée débutera à 20 heures 30 et se terminera sur les coups de 2 heures du matin. Au programme environ 45 minutes de live par artistes puis DJ BRAkOS prendra la relève pour assurer des mixs au tempo et une approche plus personnel du mix (rejetant les mixs de MP3 par ordinateur dénaturant l'esprit réel du dj). LES Productions des artistes seront vendus pour faire découvrir ou redécouvrir aux passionés les compositions et titres diverses tels que: -Ameega: "the golden ages" -"la magie est de retour" funkysize records(magoo, man man, ameega, prince slim) -Ameega:(le maxi 4 titres) et prochainement Ameega II et un maxi de Magoo, et peut être d'autres surprise...
