06/03/2008 : La semana pasada fue la semana de menos audiencia en los cines, pero con todo y esto existe la mas tranquiller! Vamos a ver que paso en el cine esta semana. * En la position #1 la comedia de Will Ferrel, SEMI PRO recaudo 15.3 millones de dolares. Esto no sorprende a nadie pero solo 15 millones? Bastante deprimente la situation. Asumo que la gente se canso de ver a un Viejo corriendo en pantaloncillos cortos. Los actores Woody Harrelson y el tambien cantante de Outkast, Andre Benjamin forman parte del elenco. 2. Vantage Point - 13 million Con un elenco exceptional, esta pelicula no parece atraer mucho publico, por lo menos no como se esperaba. Pero al menos esta en la position #2 asi que nada de mal. La pelicula es un suspenso que trata sobre el asesinato del presidente visto de diferentes puntos de vista.Me cuentan que tiene uns esenas de accion buenisimas. La pelicula cuenta con las actuaciones de Dennis Quaid, Sigourney Weaver, Forest Whitaker, Zoe Saldana, William Hurt, and Matthew Fox. 3. The Spiderwick Chronicles - 8.75 La pelicula de fantasia aun sigue fuerte, y esta semana se gana la posiscion #3. Obvio que no le va tan bien como algunas de su genero como Lord of the Rings o Las Cronicas de Narnia, pero 8.75 millones no esta mal. La pelilcula es conFreddie Highmore, Mary Louise Parker, and Nick Nolte. 4. The Other Boleyn Girl - 8.3 Pude haber adivinado que esta pelicula estaria en las primeras 5. Es una pelicula de epoca situada en Inglaterra durante el reinado del Rey Enrique Octavo y como el obtiene su segunda esposa. La pelicula es con Eric Bana, y las que llaman la nueva pareja de Hollywood Natalie Portman y Scarlett Johannson. 5. Jumper - 7.6 million Agarrando la position numero 5, wujuuu! Aunque es una porqueria de pelicula. . .bueno, ok, tiene una que otra escena Buena de accion y unas locaciones buenas pero. . .ESO ES TODO! 04/03/2008 : Box Office Recap From getthedaily.com - Your Online Source for News. Its was the lowest box office showing in the past three months, but somebody has to come out on top! Hey guys, its Andrea Rene here for get the daily.com, and its time to look at what happened at the box office over the weekend. 1. Semi-Pro- 15.3 million Will Ferrel took number 1 at the box office, no surprise there but, come on! Only 15 million? Pretty dissapointing. I guess not people are just getting tired of seeing a middle aged man running around in little shorts. Stars Ferrel alongside Outkast's Andre Benjamin, and Woody Harrelson among others. 2. Vantage Point - 13 million This film stars a slew a great actors but isn't quite resonating with audiences as much as hoped, but hey, they are still at number 2. Pretty good I'd say. Its a suspense thriller about a Presidential assasination seen from many different perspectives. I heard it has cool chase scenes! Stars Dennis Quaid, Sigourney Weaver, Forest Whitaker, Zoe Saldana, William Hurt, and Matthew Fox. 3. The Spiderwick Chronicles - 8.75 This fantasy flick is hanging tough in the number 3 spot. Is not doing nearly as well as some of its predecessors like Lord of the Rings or Narnia, but $55 million is nothing to shake a stick at. Stars Freddie Highmore, Mary Louise Parker, and Nick Nolte. 4. The Other Boleyn Girl - 8.3 I could have guessed this film would be in the bottom of the top 5, but hey, at least it made it here! Period piece set in England during the reign of King Henry the 8th, and how he acquires his second wife. The Tudors is coming back to Showtime at the end of the month so consider this a pump up movie! Stars Eric Bana, Natalie Portman, and Scarlett Johannson. 5. Jumper - 7.6 million Hanging in the top 5, way to go! Considering you're full of crap! Okay there are some cool action sequences and great filming locations, but that is all that is good about this movie. Major plots holes and some terrible acting make this a must wait for DVD flick. ...

18/12/2007 : Lauren Rose chanteuse britannique a publié une version moderne de la chanson juive traditionnelle «Hava Nagila", les jeux de hasard et des experts ont même donné semblable à la chanson pour prendre la première place au Royaume-Uni Noël de pop graphiques. Selon le journal britannique The Sun, bookmaker William Hill a donné de 17 ans Lauren Rose un 16-1 fusillés à avoir Britain's best-selling chanson le 25 décembre. The Sun rapporte également que le père de Lauren, Mark Goldberg, a quitté son poste de chef de Bromley Football Club de gérer sa fille carrière musicale. Lauren vers la version de "Hava Nagila" n'est pas la première contemporains actes à la fois de la pop et classique mondes. La liste des musiciens pour exécuter le chant comprend Bob Dylan, Neil Diamond, Harry Belafonte, Julie Andrews, Ben Folds et le violoniste et chef d'orchestre André Rieu. La chanson, dont le titre se traduit par "Let Us Rejoice," est de rigueur lors de fêtes juives, et il est largement imputable à Abraham Zvi Idelsohn, qui est censé avoir écrit la chanson à la fin de la première guerre mondiale.
