Vigon Harlem shuffle
18/11/2008 : je vous présente Vigon qui est un chanteur marocain naturalisé français, né à Rabat, que j'ai utilisé dans la vidéo Caroline de Danyel GERARD spécialisé dans le rhythm and blues, apparu dans le milieu des années soixante. Il a enregistré plusieurs disques, notamment pour Barclay, qui n'ont rencontré qu'un succès d'estime. Il a été aussi l'un des rares chanteurs français à signer pour la prestigieuse firme Atlantic (1968). Vigon était une remarquable bête de scène, et il le reste. Il a notamment assuré, avec son groupe Les Lemons, les premières parties de Bo Diddley, Stevie Wonder, et Otis Redding à l'Olympia de Paris, en septembre 1966. Il se produit toujours sur scène dans les années 2000. Le chanteur Michel Jonasz a débuté dans son groupe, Les Lemons. Quelques-unes de ses chansons les plus connues : Bama lama bama loo (1965), Harlem shuffle (1967).
